The girls won their first ever Carolina Conference Championship by beating North Johnston by a score of 72-70. The meet came down to the reliable 4x400 relay team of Angelica Curry, Michelle Lowry, Chelsea Dufour, and Felicia Pope. The girls have already qualified for regionals with a 4:40 already. They finished 12 seconds faster that the NJ crew to seal up the meet. The girls will face off against all the conference opponents next Tuesday at Rosewood at 4p.m. Great job ladies.
